Creative technology agency, Tangent, has acquired user experience design agency Decibel Digital. The deal signals Tangent’s desire to boost its UX offering to meet the increasing importance that user experience plays in the age of the customer.

Tangent, who specialise in enterprise-level web development, data services and CRM, has a range of clients including Sky, SAP, Peugeot, The Labour Party and Carlsberg. Decibel provides UX services to leading brands including Microsoft, L’Oreal, Dogs Trust and Thames Water.
